Parents of children competing in any sport. Parents of arts performers would also benefit. Typically, your child will have experience of competition in any form (e.g. football matches, gymnastic events, swimming meets). Coaches also benefit greatly from the material.

Once you subscribe, you get access to all 6 modules and a link in the video allows you to download the activity pack to accompany the course.

 6 modules and an activity pack to complete alongside the course. There is no assessment, this is simply to help you, not to test you. The modules total 2 hours 50 minutes of content. The activities can be undertaken in your own time.
